Team Building Day 2022!

The day consisted of an introduction speech from our senior leadership team, followed by our speedy communication event. This involved staff rotating around various tables, to learn more about what each department is responsible for and how each member makes that team a success!

After a luxury lunch offering (and a few tea breaks in between 😉), it was time for the afternoon team-building exercise. Hosted by the guys at TeamBuild.ie, staff were placed into groups to build identical soapbox racers without seeing each team’s creations. Communication between team leaders was key for a strong final result, and from the photos, it was safe to say some teams had more success than others!

We are already looking forward to the next one!
